Dear Parents/Guardians,
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) developed the Rethink Education program to prepare for a future where students, families, and schools can successfully navigate seamless virtual and in-person learning.
A key part of this initiative is making sure that we’re providing the best support possible to virtual academies, and that’s why we’re reaching out today to ask for your input in a brief anonymous survey. Your feedback is important for us to continue to improve and provide excellent learning options for all students.
Will you please help us improve by taking 3-5 minutes to complete our survey? The survey closes Friday, May 3rd.

Unity Fri-Yay! Come together as a community of unity and wear green as a symbol to prevent Gun Violence and share your photos in the comments!
Gun violence is preventable when you know the signs. “Say Something” upstanders have helped Sandy Hook Promise prevent 7 school shootings and 60+ acts of violence with a weapon.

In 4 out of 5 school shootings, at least one other person had knowledge of the attacker’s plan but failed to report it. People who hurt themselves or others often show warning signs before they carry out an act of violence.

I promise to be an #Upstander and ”Say Something” when I see someone at-risk of hurting themselves or others.
