Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Free Physicals will be offered on June 4th at the Rocky Mount Event Center from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Friday, May 16th
• The NCHSAA State track results: Boys placed 6th out of 65 teams. Congratulations goes out to Isaiah Silver who 3rd in the 200. Jaden Haney placed 2nd in the Triple Jump, Micahis Jones placed 2nd in the Shot Put. Candrice Davis placed 5th in the High Jump.
Tuesday, May 20th
• Boys’ Basketball team meeting after school on in the auxiliary gym from 2:45 to 4 pm.
Thursday, May 22nd
• Football interest meeting in the auxiliary gym at 2:45 pm.
