Parents, this is a reminder about the model release form. Here are the instructions if you have not filled it out. If we do not have this form filled out, we cannot post pictures of your child. We got some great pictures of the PBIS dance but are not able to post them because we do not have these forms. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter.
